Whether you horse is stabled at The Ridings or not, the following services are available: Schooling, lunging, hacking, clipping, mane and tail pulling, trimming or preparing & plaiting for hunting and competitions.
Teaching (also available to non-residents!)
Lessons are available using the The Ridings all-weather school for jumping and dressage. By arrangement, off-site for teaching for cross country etc. is also available.

Facilities
The Yard
11 x 3.6m x 3.6m well ventilated wooden boxes, each with two windows - room with a view! Undercover wash down area. Tack room with toilet and kettle. Storage space for rugs and other riding equipment. Car parking and hard standing for horseboxes and trailers as well as ample space for loading. Owner lives on site and CCTV and automated gates provide good security for your horse and equipment
Hacking
There is an excellent network of bridleways and quiet country lanes immediately accessible from the Yard for many hours of relaxing hacking and exercise for you and your horse.
Grazing
14 acres of professionally maintained grassland split into 1 and 2 acre paddocks with secure electric fencing and water troughs. Horses are turned out all year round, individually or in pairs.
All Weather School (available to hire for non-residents!)
An outdoor 20m x 40m all-weather floodlit ménage. Resurfaced late 2011 with silica sand topped with rubber. Suitable for lunging, jumping and dressage. Completely enclosed by 4' 6" Post and Rail fencing. A variety of jumps and poles are available to suit your schooling needs.
